Match report Opening game of the season, new home ground, a thrashing in the process was meted out to the visitors, Green Mambas by the Bridges team.Bridges won the toss and decided to bat first,a bit of a wobble in the middle, however a respectable score was posted led from the front by Capatain Marvel, Paresh 65 (53).
The second half of the game was an exibihtion of disciplined bowling and high standard of fielding by the home side which saw them win by a 139 runs, enabling the club to get their hand on the "Chatworth" Trophy, until the next leg in September. Highlight of the match was at the end watching the Bridges team "warming down" led by the player/Coach, Kerry Christmas. Well done!
