Match report Excellent win by the 2nd XI team which at the beginning of the second innings it must have appeared like a climbing a mountain which caused some consternation to the home captain,so down trodden was he, he was in danger of tripping on his lower lip at times. However his batsman bought it home for him ............. and as is customary on such occasions Brandy was served as if in ancient ritual of blessing.
An IPL-isgue inninigs by debutant Veneet 50 no (off 22 scoring shots) saved the blushes.
Possibility of a record may have been created by GWR number 3 batsman in a partnership of 13 overs he failed to score a single run to his name!!!!!!!!!!
