ploughmans c.c v Ealing 3 Bridges CC Sunday Team on Sat 02 May 2009 at 13.00
Ealing 3 Bridges CC Lost by 6 runs
Match report
Dry afternoon, with bouts of strong sunshine and white wisps floating over. Parrots, bloody Parrots! Ploughmans won the toss and batted, they lost four early wickets, however, with some help from the bridges team they rallied and got a very decent 165/9. The Bridges team tried to force the issue with very little impact at first and then slightly losing their way trying to consolidate the innings. Alas the Bridges team lost too mnay wickets and ran out of overs which contributed to the loss. Welcome to Ross Loy with debut figures of 2/17.
